- 1 gallon milk - 2 cups cream - 1/2 tbsp salt - 3 tsp lemon juice
1. Add the milk and cream to a big pot and heat up to 180 F 2. Add the salt and lemon juice to the pot and mix 3. Turn off the heat and put a lid on top 4. After 20 min, gently remove the the curds that have floated to the top 5. Add the whey to small containers and dehydrate over night for 12 hours 6. Add the dried whey to a blender and blend 7. Store in a dry spot in a air tight container 8. Enjoy
