Cream Puffs

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk - 1/4 cup water - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1 teaspoon sugar - 1/2 cup butter - 1 cup AP flour - six large eggs
Instructions
1. In a sauce pot add milk, water, salt, sugar, butter. Heat until just starts to boil. 2. Add the the flour. Mix and cook on medium heat for 10 mins 3. Remove from heat and add to a mixer 4. Mix for 30 sec to cool down 5. Add 1 egg at a time - Note: Add eggs until it resembles a paste. If it become watery then you've added too many eggs
